Marshall County Fiscal Court met Tuesday morning and approved the annual budget of $13.8 million for Marshall County Clerk Crissy Greer. Within that budget the court approved funding for salaries of up to $1 million. Third District Commissioner Monti Collins quizzed Greer on cost and income items including cost for required upgrades to the county clerk’s office last year, as well as changes to voting precincts and operation of elections.
